A: You can start by reviewing the installation diagrams here and if you are still having trouble you can call technical support at 888-744-VOIP

 

Q: How do I access my voice mail and set my message?

A: Pick up the phone and dial 8500 and follow the prompts. If this is your first time your passcode is 1234. Don't worry, changing that is one of the options.
